Luxury Handmade Silk Cushions

When I first started shooting the Colour in Motion series in 2007, I was inspired to create innovative contemporary items featuring my art work. Having it printed on to fabric and incorporated in to our homes. Some of the images are so special they look like fabric.

It is now time to introduce a brand new range of homewares starting with Silk Cushions from the Colour in Motion series in the home environment.This project has been a long time in the making, we began working on the Signature Splash of Colour range in early February 2015. Starting out with choosing just 4 designs from the Colour in Motion series. We then went on to choose the type and weight of the

silk for the covers and investigated various options for the lining and closures.

We had a few trail runs which helped us make the final decisions and work around the hitches that cropped up along the way. We are now at the final stages of production and have final drafts of the cushion packaging. All will be revealed soon!
